Dental Hygienist

Private Practice | Part-time

Our patient base is growing and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hygienist. They should feel empowered to take the initiative in the care of our patients, effectively educate the patients on their care, and strive for excellence to improve the lives of those they serve and work alongside.

Compensation and Benefits

    • 60 min prophy, 60 min perio, 90 min SRP

Schedule: We are offering one day a week, between Monday 8am to 3pm, Tuesday 7am-3pm, Thursday 7am-3pm, or Friday 7am-3pm, adding time as growth continues. You choose which day works best for you.

What do we need from you?
  • Licensed as an RDH
  • Experienced in customer service or patient relations
  • Able to adapt fluidly to new systems, processes, and updates within office

What experience and certifications do we value?
  • Airflow Max GBT Therapy
  • Open Dental
  • Local anesthetic certification
  • 3Shape scanner

What would your day look like at our office?
  • Providing prophy, perio, and SRP treatment using Airflow Max GBT therapy
  • Communicating with front on recall intervals for scheduling
  • Collaborating with Dr on initial assessment of patient care needs
  • Working with a wonderful, collaborative, and caring team

Dentist

Private Practice | Full-time

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled dentist to join our amazing practice. You should feel empowered to take the initiative in the care of our patients, effectively educate the patients on their care, and strive for excellence to improve the lives of those you serve and work alongside. Our team is driven by our value of each other and our patients. We are not contracted with any insurance, and therefore have no pressure to fit their care plans. Our team focuses on supporting the patient’s overall health through quality, cost-effective care. We emphasis preventive education and conservative interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
  • CE allowance of over $1,000/yr
  • 100% dental care coverage (excluding lab fees) for DDS and their dependents
  • 401K with matching
  • Compensation of 28% collections
  • Lab bills paid by office not by dentist
  • No evenings or weekends
  • Shared on-call duties alternating between dentists

Schedule

  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Adapt fluidly to new systems, processes, and updates within office
  • Foster environment of collaboration
  • WI license to practice dentistry
  • CPR certification
What experience and certifications do we value?
  • Bilingual (in any language)
  • Well-rounded clinical experience
  • Additional certifications (sedation, mini-residencies, etc.)
What would your day look like at our office?
  • Morning team huddle focus on patient care
  • Completing care in tandem with expanded function dental assistants
  • Signing off on clinic notes set-up by DAs before leaving for the day
